Hey there, and welcome to our first blog post! We here at College Street are super excited about the launch of our new website. We have so many exciting things coming up in the next few months, and we can’t wait to share them all with you! We have been busy little beavers in the brewery, coming up with new recipes and new brews.

Our Sour Beer Series is taking off like wildfire! Have you tried a sour beer yet? The phenomenon is currently sweeping the rest of the country’s craft beer market. College Street has, at any given time, from 1 to 3 Sours on tap. Our V. Beauregarde Sour is by far the popular front-runner, with hints of blueberry and vanilla. It's been proven to turn you into a blueberry if you drink enough!

We also recently hosted a pop-up craft night here on our beautiful patio. Maker’s Night, created by Aymie Spitzer, was a fun night of painting, congregating, and of course, beer drinking! It was such a success that we plan on hosting more Maker’s Night craft events in the near future! 

We are also upping our IPA game here at the brewery. We just released The Mariner, a Double IPA that has 8.1% ABV and 88 IBUs. This is a heavy hitter IPA, yet is still smooth and balanced. We made this for all the tough Salty Dogs out there who are ready for a bold taste after a rough day on the high seas. Yarr!

And if you’re going to be here for St. Patty’s Day then you have to have a pint of our Irish Whiskey IPA! A perfect compliment to Chef Gary’s homemade Corned Beef and Cabbage. Bring your Irish Pride and settle in for a great meal and some fantastic beer!!
