Brother Dewey’s
Brother Dewey’s is an Old Ale brewed with locally sourced Dates, Arizona wild flower honey, spices, and Belgian candy sugar. Then it is aged for a minimum of 1 year in our cellar. Brother Dewey’s is released once a year in a limited quantity. This flavorful brown ale has been recognized as one of the top examples of its style, receiving a Bronze medal at the Great American Beer Festival.

The Mariner Double IPA
We set out to create a well balanced heavy hitter of an IPA. The Beer finished at 8% ABV, and 88 IBU’s. The Mariner is a smooth and balanced double India Pale Ale. Warrior hops were used to create a smooth and brisk bitter, while Citra and Summit hops rounded out the profile.
